Multi stage centrifugal fan is a high-pressure blower equipment used in the industrial field to transport air and non corrosive gases. Its core feature is to achieve efficient boosting through multiple sets of impellers connected in series, and it is widely suitable for various high-pressure working conditions.

1、 Core working principle

It is based on the principle of converting kinetic energy into potential energy. The gas enters the high-speed rotating impeller in the axial direction and is thrown out. The kinetic energy is gradually converted into pressure energy through the diffuser, and then guided into the next stage impeller through the reflux device for repeated compression. Finally, it obtains an output pressure much higher than that of a single-stage fan, with an operating speed of only a few thousand revolutions per minute, which is more stable and reliable than a single-stage high-speed fan.

2、 Main structural components

Core components: including impeller, casing, diffuser, guide vanes, sealing system, intake/exhaust ports, motor transmission components, and base. The impeller, as the core working component, is often made of aluminum alloy or high-strength alloy steel material.

Design advantages: The entire machine has undergone static and dynamic balance correction, with an operating amplitude of ≤ 0.04mm, no mechanical friction, and a noise reduction structure that reduces noise to below 85dB (A).

3、 Mainstream application scenarios

It can be used in various industrial fields such as sewage treatment aeration, metallurgical blast furnace blowing, mining flotation, chemical gasification, vacuum cleaning, pneumatic conveying, etc. Some anti-corrosion models can also transport corrosive special gases.
