1、 Installation steps and technical requirements
Preparation before installation
Cleaning inspection: Clean the precision machined parts such as rotors and bearings to ensure that there is no rust or rust proof grease residue. The rotating parts should be flexible and free of jamming.
Basic acceptance: Check the flatness of the foundation and the position of the anchor bolt holes, with a horizontal deviation of ≤ 0.05/1000.
Component verification: Count the parts according to the packing list. Large casings need to be welded or bolted together as a whole on site.
Installation of core components
Bearing box positioning: The radial thrust bearing box should be located near the motor end, and during installation, it should be positioned with a conical pin, with a horizontal deviation of ≤ 0.05/1000.
Rotor lifting: When lifting, it is necessary to keep it horizontal, and it is forbidden to lift the bearing gear. The rotation direction of the impeller must be consistent with the design.
Sealing clearance adjustment: The axial/radial clearance of the labyrinth seal must meet the standard to prevent leakage.
Pipeline and electrical connection
The pipeline connection must be leak free, and the coupling alignment deviation should be ≤ 0.1mm.
Electrical wiring is completed by professional electricians to ensure compliance with safety regulations.
2、 Key points for maintenance and overhaul
Regular inspection items
Spindle inspection: No scratches on the surface, straightness ≤ 0.05mm/m, and no loose key connections.
Gearbox maintenance: The contact rate of the gear meshing surface is ≥ 60%, and the straightness of the worm shaft axis is ≤ 0.02mm/m.
Impeller balance: If the inclination angle difference between adjacent blades is ≤ 0.5 °, a static balance test is required.
Test run and acceptance
No load test drive: Check for vibration, temperature rise, and confirm that there is no jamming during turning.
Load test: Gradually increase the load, monitor seal leakage and bearing temperature.
Fault prevention
Regularly replace lubricating oil and ensure that the cooling system is leak free.
The elastic ring of the coupling needs to be replaced in a timely manner to avoid key rolling accidents.
3、 Precautions
Safe operation: Use soft padding to protect components during lifting, and do not tilt lifting.
Technical documents: Strictly follow the manufacturer's instructions and do not operate based on experience.
