  Multi stage centrifugal fan is an industrial equipment that achieves efficient gas compression through multi-stage impeller series connection,widely used in fields such as sewage treatment,metallurgical smelting,chemical gas production,etc.The following are its core features and technical analysis:

  1、Structure and Working Principle

  Multi stage compression design

  Adopting a 3-10 stage impeller series structure,the gas pressure increases by 15-30kPa after passing through each stage of the impeller,and the final wind pressure can reach 0.2MPa.The impeller adopts a backward design,with a conical front disk to reduce intake vortex,and a balance disk structure to reduce axial thrust.

  Core components

  Rotor system:The main shaft is made of carbon steel/alloy steel,and the impeller material includes aluminum alloy(low-pressure section)and high-strength alloy steel(high-pressure section).

  Sealing system:labyrinth seal+carbon ring seal combination,leakage rate<1%.

  Chassis:Graded riveting and welding structure,with epoxy resin coating on the inner wall for corrosion prevention,and a horizontal sectional design for easy maintenance.

  4、Selection and maintenance

  Key selection points:Select the number of impeller stages based on gas flow rate and pressure requirements,and stainless steel impellers should be selected for corrosive gases.

  Maintenance cycle:The bearing grease is replaced every 2 years,and the labyrinth seal is inspected every 5000 hours.

  5、Market supply

  Zhangqiu in Shandong and Guangshui in Hubei are the main production areas,with a price range of 6000-160000 yuan per unit(such as D400 model costing about 200000 yuan).The price of imported models(such as Hoffman&Lamson)can reach 730000 yuan.
