  Multi stage centrifugal blower is an efficient gas conveying and compression equipment,with the following core functional characteristics:

  Through the multi-stage impeller series design,stable high-pressure output ranging from 98kPa to over 150kPa can be achieved,meeting the requirements of high-pressure processes such as chemical and metallurgical industries.

  Efficient and energy-saving operation

  Adopting a wideband motor(30-70Hz)and a high-speed design(above 4000rpm),it saves 10%-15%energy compared to traditional two-stage motors.

  Low noise and stability

  The backward blade and balance disk structure reduce vibration(vibration value≤4mm/s),and some models do not require anchor bolts for fixation.

  Compared with Roots blower:no pulse airflow,smooth operation,and oil-free gas transportation,suitable for precision working conditions.

  Compared with air suspension fans:Traditional bearings require regular maintenance,but their structure is mature and reliable,suitable for high-pressure and high flow scenarios.

  3、Intelligent monitoring and maintenance

  Standard real-time monitoring system(current/voltage/vibration/temperature),automatic shutdown protection in case of abnormalities.

  The design of forced air-cooled bearings avoids water cooling system failures and extends maintenance cycles.
